3PL Partner Network
Perform warehousing, pick, pack, and delivery, with same-day processing on most orders based on cutoffs.
End Recipient
The final recipient is defined by your clinic; Zen Labs does not target or communicate with end consumers.

Access, NPI & role boundaries

Only physicians (MD/DO or equivalent) with valid NPI numbers can hold primary platform accounts; RN/NP/PA roles are not eligible for independent access.
NPI validation and periodic review support credentialing and enrollment best practices.
Staff members (e.g., RNs, NPs, PAs) participate under physician-controlled accounts and clinic policies, not as primary platform owners.

Programs and product information are operational tools for licensed professionals, not advertising to the public, and remain fully behind physician-verified login.
Zen Labs encourages medical practices to work with their own legal/regulatory advisors regarding state and federal requirements, including advertising regulations and applicable compounding considerations.
