Our Commitment

We strive to conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and user-friendly for everyone.

Full keyboard accessibility with visible focus indicators. Navigate the entire platform using Tab, Enter, Escape, and Arrow keys.

Screen Reader Support

Semantic HTML with proper ARIA labels and roles. Compatible with JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and other screen readers.

High Contrast

WCAG AA compliant color contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). Dark mode option available.

Alternative Text

All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images properly marked to avoid screen reader clutter.

Responsive & Zoomable

Mobile-friendly design that works at all screen sizes. Text can be zoomed to 200% without loss of functionality.

Clear Content Structure

Logical heading hierarchy, descriptive links, and plain language. Forms include clear labels and error messages.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

  • Third-Party Integrations: Some payment processing interfaces are managed by external providers (Stripe) and may have their own accessibility standards.
  • PDF Documents: COA documents and invoices are working toward full accessibility. Contact support for alternative formats.
  • Complex Data Visualizations: Charts and graphs in the analytics dashboard include data tables as alternatives, but may not be fully optimized for screen readers.
